Collaboration in Greece

In the Summer of 2019 we went to Athens to collaborate with performer/ choreographer Despina Lloyd Goula.
The performance Roots In The Sky was performed during the festival ARC,
as the very first public Vertical Dance performance in Athens, Greece.

Roots In The Sky is a research in rootlessness. Having to abandon your roots in search for safety.
Having to flee due to war, climate change or just because of who you are, what you believe in.
How do you create new roots in unknown soil. Do you need soil, or does the sky provide solace?
